Frantic Live is a comic started in 2018 by Mykel Lukasiewicz, also known as Muepin, which is a story that revolves around a musician’s dreams, the reality of living with Bipolar II Disorder, and how these two work with and against each other and features drama/romance with LGBTQ+ themes.
Overwhelmed by their success, Michael “Mitch” Rust decides to take his rock band Frantic from the US to his second home, Germany. But the band that used to sell out shows overseas finds itself unable to take off in Europe. Mitch sticks with his decision – but his band finds it hard to deal with the new situation and Mitch’s often rapid fluctuations in mood.

In 2021, I came on board as co-writer to support Mykel in volume two, helping to flesh out and enhance existing characters while collaborating on planning out and writing the plot going forward, with a current plan up to volume five. We are currently working on getting volume two wrapped up, and I am excited to share with fans what we’ve got in store for Mitch, Sam, Steven, and the gang in volume three!
